The employment landscape has changed profoundly in Australia.

Companies can no longer assume that there will be plenty of people willing to work in their plant. There is strong competition from other manufacturers, but even more from other industry sectors.

How can companies in Die Casting and Forging attract and retain suitable people?

How can they appeal to people with:

• the right thought processes
• the patience to do it properly
• a pride in achievement
• a desire to learn more

A big part of the solution is providing the right training as people progress in the business.
